Terms & Conditions — International Human Rights Global (IHRG) Last updated: April 2026

1. About Us

International Human Rights Global (IHRG) is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to the protection, promotion and documentation of human rights globally.

All membership fees are currently processed by FB Management on behalf of International Human Rights Global during our initial operational phase. Your membership and all associated benefits remain fully with IHRG. As IHRG establishes official national branches, members will be informed of any relevant changes to payment arrangements.

2. Membership

By purchasing a membership you agree to become a member of IHRG and accept these terms in full.

Membership is open to anyone worldwide who supports the mission and values of IHRG. It is personal and non-transferable, valid from the date of purchase and continuing on a monthly basis according to the tier selected.

We offer two membership tiers:

  • Standard Membership — €3.50 per month

  • Youth / Student / Pensioner Membership — €2.50 per month

Membership grants access to the benefits listed on our membership page. IHRG reserves the right to update membership benefits with reasonable notice to members.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency — this is outside our control.

By completing your purchase you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method. If a payment fails or is declined, your membership may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at mnb@ihrc-global.org.

As membership fees are paid in advance, we do not offer refunds for periods already paid for. Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which it will not renew.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case promptly.

5. Member Responsibilities

As a member of IHRG you agree to:

  • Treat fellow members, staff and partners with respect

  • Represent IHRG honestly and in accordance with our values if acting in any public or representative capacity

  • Not use your membership or IHRG affiliation for personal commercial gain

  • Comply with applicable laws in all activities connected to your membership

  • Notify us of any changes to your contact information

IHRG reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a member acts in a way that is harmful to the organisation, its members, or its mission.

6. Ambassador Roles

Ambassador roles — whether at country or district level — are voluntary positions within IHRG. They carry no employment relationship or financial compensation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Ambassadors represent IHRG in their capacity as members and are expected to act in accordance with IHRG's values and guidelines at all times. Ambassador status may be withdrawn by IHRG if a member is found to be acting contrary to the organisation's mission or values.

As IHRG grows internationally, ambassador structures will be established in each country. Members from any country are welcome to express interest in an ambassador role regardless of whether a national branch has been formally established yet.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and store personal information provided during purchase and membership registration for the purpose of administering your membership and communicating with you about IHRG activities.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of IHRG without your consent, except where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We handle all data in accordance with applicable international data protection standards including GDPR.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content and resources provided to members through IHRG — including newsletters, reports, educational materials and online resources — remain the intellectual property of IHRG. They are provided for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

IHRG is a non-profit organisation currently in its startup phase. We provide membership benefits on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from membership or participation in IHRG activities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. As IHRG operates internationally, we aim to comply with the legal standards of the jurisdictions in which we operate. If you have a specific legal concern related to your country, please contact us directly.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued membership after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
